About the hire
When hiring our backdrops we deliver, set up and collect in the cairns area (outside of these areas may require a travel fee to be added)
We aim to set up 2 - 3 hours before the event start time if this is not able to happen due to where the event is being held adjustments can be made. Collection of the frames if a night time function is usually carried out the following morning unless they need to be collected the same night in this case a late fee does occur for us having to come and collect for anytime after 7pm
All frames will be secured with weights to ensure the safety of our customers, outside events must be brought in over night not left outside. Frames will not be set up outside if the weather does not permit alternative arrangements will need to be made
